Eating well and drinking better
We love good things, we enjoy eating them, and serving them. At the osteria, you can find the typical cuisine of Siena: ribollita, wood-fired artisan bread, vegetables from our garden, seasonal legumes, the use of unusual cuts of meat, all to rediscover the tradition of peasant cooking at its best in taste and quality. From cold cuts to snails, to fish, discover the finest ingredients and the selection process that continues with our own production.
