DESCRIPTION

For three generations, we have been cultivating ancient grains in Tuscany, promoting biodiversity through conservative processing techniques and foregoing the use of chemicals in the soil.
Located in the heart of the Crete Senesi, in Asciano, we have been producing cereals and legumes using organic farming methods since 2001. We transform our grains into flour and dried pasta. All our products are certified organic by Qcertificazioni.

Being Different is Normal
Different is unique. Like you, like us. That's why we work only with the raw materials that the earth gives us, as much as it gives, and how it gives. The earth knows what we need, and it is always generous: every year, every harvest, something unique and different. When we run out of raw material, we run out of the product. It's simple, it's different, it's normal.
Good is Beautiful
We work surrounded by the beauty of the Crete Senesi, a unique land that naturally favors quality over quantity. Human labor has shaped the landscape in harmony with the place: we believe that this beauty is transmitted intact to our products. Eating is also beautiful.

Producing quality food is a fundamental contribution to the balance of nature on earth and the people who inhabit it. For us, this is "the world": not just the planet, but also the people who live on it. Thinking of all of them is the only way to love truly.
We Were Born This Way, Naturally Organic
We have been producing organic wheat since 2001, when the organic culture was still in its infancy. We are still young but not newcomers. We make choices against the grain. To work well and respect nature, one must respect one's own nature, our identity. We were born this way.
